Shipping Within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

1. Delivery Charges Based on Distance:

  • 0 KM up to 30 KM:
    • For orders valued between $0.00 and $175.00, a delivery fee of $19.99 will apply.
    • For orders valued above $175.00, delivery is free.
  • 30 KM to 50 KM:
    • For orders valued between $0.00 and $199.00, a delivery fee of $24.99 will apply.
    • For orders valued above $199.00, delivery is free.
  • 50 KM to 100 KM:
    • For orders valued between $0.00 and $249.00, a delivery fee of $39.99 will apply.
    • For orders valued above $249.00, delivery is free.

2. Local Delivery Schedule:

  • All GTA non-courier deliveries within the GTA are scheduled for Saturdays unless notified differently.
  • If you require immediate delivery, please contact our customer service at 1-888-799-PACK (7225) to arrange expedited service.

Shipping Outside the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

For customers located outside the GTA, we only ship items that are eligible for parcel delivery through partnered delivery companies. Please note that certain items may not qualify for shipment based on size, weight, or other restrictions.

Pickup Products

If you prefer to pick up your order, we offer a convenient pickup option:

  • Purchased items are typically prepared within 24 hours.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
  • After receiving the "ready for pickup" email, you can collect your items at our designated pickup location.
